- Integration with Apple HealthKit
- Apple Watch companion functionality
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Be at least 13 years of age to use the App
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
GPS accuracy may vary based on environmental factors, device capabilities, and satellite availability. Activity metrics should be considered estimates.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taqvo shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the App
- Any unauthorized access to your account or data
Safety Notice: Always be aware of your surroundings while using the App. Do not use the App while driving or in situations where distraction could be dangerous.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App:
- For violation of these Terms
- For illegal or unauthorized use of the App
- At our sole discretion with reasonable notice
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
